I've lived here for 2.5 years and for the most part it's pretty good for the short-term. Office management and maintenance have both been great. They're friendly, professional, quick to respond, and are willing to accommodate needs. When my mini-fridge bit the dust, they replaced it immediately with a new one at no charge. The package concierge system has been great for secure mail. For the convenient location and all utilities included, the rent isn't too bad.
