We’ve had a bad experience since moving into our University Studios apartment associated with Stone properties and Cougar Rentals. The apartment itself was not as advertised in terms of furnishings, internet, etc. When I contacted them about the issues, I was told that despite what was advertised and the contract we signed ensuring these things to us, “there was nothing they could do” and that it was “not their fault”.
