The management Porscha and Victoria are very professional, they have really worked hard to turn things around. They stay out of the gossip arena, which is a Senior Citizen problem which can lead to many problems. They both utilize excellent ethical practices and follow the rules completely. Josh the maintenance employee really works very hard to fix everything with two properties and over 200 units. He is consistently working alone with little resources. Victoria is so sweet cheery and helpful!
These are very nice apartments. It’s right next to the light rail so that’s very convenient but it can bring some unsavory characters around and in the building. However, the office manager Victoria is very professional with a lot of patience. Victoria worked hard to get me into the building and I really appreciate that. She was very attentive during the application and approval process. Office staff Portia and the maintenance crew are also wonderful. I'm a disabled senior on social security and after reading these reviews there is absolutely no way I would ever even attempt to rent here this sounds like a trash hole it's horrible the way that people are being treated and there's no way I'm putting my life on the line for this dump.
