The manager Elijah sets up an appointment with me for 9 am on October 15th to not even show up. He didn’t even contact me or tell his supervisor to contact me to let me know he’s not coming in. I’ve lived at University Station Apartments almost 2 years now. This is a great place to live. Jessica, the manager of the property is awesome. She responds right away to any issues you may have. Senior citizens sometimes get overlooked and feel voiceless in society. Jessica pays attention to the details and is very attentive, empathetic and engaged with the residents. In search of a rental, I showed up at his Apartment Building and Mr. Elijah Vigil, was very courteous right from the start. I even felt bad, for not making an apt. prior. Invited to his office and share all the info about facility, size of the apts. cost, all details. After discussing everything about the building, he offered me a tour of the place.
