The apartments are pretty nice it’s a pretty decent area to live in & the office lady Jennifer is really nice & helps with a lot with problems you have in your apartment or just with anything else, really easy going person & nice to talk with when you have any questions she very helpful
I went to visit these apartments and do a tour! Jennifer went above and beyond to help me and answered all my questions!! This young lady is an absolute asset to this company. Keep up the good work, Jennifer.
This place is a scandal. I lived there for two years and moved out in July. On the day I left, the manager assured me that I had no outstanding balance, checked the apartment, and confirmed everything was in order, allowing me to leave. However, more than a month later, I received letters and calls from a debt collector stating that I owed University Square almost $3,400.
