Dr. Manava does great high end shoulder work, with the premium tools to increase the odds of a fully healthy, functional shoulder. The staff there is overall great as well

I fell and injured my right shoulder in March. I have put off taking care of it until it got so painful that I could no longer ignore it. I was sent to UR Medicine PT and have seen Kathryn three times. On the third visit, she managed to manipulate my shoulder from under my arm where I have been experiencing more pain, and something just popped back into place. My daughter had a fall sports injury and her main goal was to be in tip top shape to get back on field for spring. Dr Rouse, his PAs set her on right track , as did PT and her participation in the CHAMPP training program which allowed her back on the field and her to have her best season yet. Now, she does training three days a week over summer run by URMC trainers in partnership with her high school. Best of luck to Dr Rouse, on his impending retirement.

Working with Nicole Nolan. She's knowledgeable, supportive and great at what she does. I've worked with 6 or 7 physical therapists and I'm very impressed with Nicole. I love this facility. The staff is all very friendly and professional. I'm dealing with some very weird, painful back issues and Nicole has been great about understanding my needs, adapting and helping me build from wherever I'm at. I have some big goals and right now it's about getting out of the pain cycle, but I know I'll be back to a stronger self soon!!
