Very disappointing outcome with this place. I was referred to University Sleep Disorder Center by VA ( Veterans Affairs ). VA in Montgomery is where I've been seen for the last few years for treatment and compliance for my Sleep Apnea. I was needing a NEXUS Letter to show a medical diagnosis for my sleep apnoea and a medical opinion as to the likelihood that it was related to my service in the military.
