Had my sleep study last night and had a great experience. My tech Angelica was very nice and comforting. She was so knowledgeable and put my mind to ease as I was a little nervous going in. The Dr I saw before my sleep study was great, very thorough and nice. My only issue with this clinic is the front desk. You would think they would be a little nicer being the face of the company and points of contact but it’s the opposite. Patricia Gresham is an outstanding NP who listens intently, has clear information and asks very important questions as part of the appointment.
Staff was incredibly caring, considerate, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for my sons sleep study. He was so nervous and asked so many questions and they answered every last question. The nurses made it feel like a home away from home. 100% recommend!
