I was comfortable, everything was explained to me and I wasn’t nervous at all.
Went for my first appointment, the front desk personal was very nice and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. I seen two different doctors during my exam and they were both very nice, listened and answered all my questions. They genuinely seemed to really care. The other patients I observed seemed to be having a pleasant positive experience also. Had my sleep study last night and had a great experience. My tech Angelica was very nice and comforting. She was so knowledgeable and put my mind to ease as I was a little nervous going in. The Dr I saw before my sleep study was great, very thorough and nice. My only issue with this clinic is the front desk. You would think they would be a little nicer being the face of the company and points of contact but it’s the opposite.
