Made my appointment yesterday for 2/11 8am. Thought I was needing a tow and John gave info on a tow service. Got the car started and had it there on 2/10. They got to it first thing in the morning and had a quote right away which was a fair price. Car was done before noon. Good work. Fair price and in the neighborhood, yes, I'll be back. Thanks to the team.
I came to the shop yesterday and spoke with who I believe may be John (based off reviews). He was very kind, respectful, welcoming & was adamant on getting my car in to get repaired. He explained he had room for it today (now Wednesday), Thursday, or Friday. I chose Friday because I was not sure about my transportation situation. I’ve been going here for a few years and they are always awesome. They’ve worked on several of my cars and my kids cars. Good honest people
Please go somewhere else people! This place hasn't changed since Rainbow Automotive, terrible business ethics, read the reviews...what owner remarks about customers and consistently makes excuses time after time. Who doesn't know that it is unacceptable to rev an idled engine, especially with a broken timing chain/belt. This place is notorious for creating problems! I'd tell you more but I'll leave it there..most reviews are friends
