Terrible experience with Jessie! Do NOT under any circumstances use him for siding! Absolute nightmare! Not only did he screw me over, he was a nightmare to other people I referred to him! Communication is not there and running the business and customer service is a joke! I got new siding in May 2025 from the storm of May 2024! Came down to me giving him a deadline to get it done. NOW Nov 2025 my siding is falling off my house and was put up wrong! Utterly disappointed! 10 out of 10 would NOT Recommend!!!!

I was referred to University Roofing by a good friend of mine and when I called, Brad the sales manager he immediately came and assessed my roof damage. I made a claim with insurance and then dealt with Jessie the President of University Roofing. Jessie worked diligently for me to get my insurance to cover all damages. They did an excellent job on my roof at a great price. Excellent work, very professional, would definitely hire again!
Jessie had roof supplies dropped on my mom’s driveway 3 months ago and it’s still sitting there! She has called him numerous times and he will not return her phone calls!! The money she paid him was for the roof and part of the installation, which he has not done!!
