I was referred to University Roofing by a good friend of mine and when I called, Brad the sales manager he immediately came and assessed my roof damage. I made a claim with insurance and then dealt with Jessie the President of University Roofing. Jessie worked diligently for me to get my insurance to cover all damages. They did an excellent job on my roof at a great price. Excellent work, very professional, would definitely hire again!
Jessie had roof supplies dropped on my mom’s driveway 3 months ago and it’s still sitting there! She has called him numerous times and he will not return her phone calls!! The money she paid him was for the roof and part of the installation, which he has not done!!
Owner was attentive to details. Our much needed new roof looks great!
I worked with Jessie on our roof and at the time was ready to just pay for a new roof in cash. When he came and assessed our roof, he identified we had damage and told us to start an insurance claim. He proceeded to fight for us with our insurance company to attain money from them amounting to approximately 90% of the cost to replace the roof.
