Do not live here! This place turned out to be a complete waste of money. I moved into a dirty apartment; dirty floors, kitchen drawers and cabinets filled with food crumbs from previous tenants, bathroom had mold on the walls and ceilings (I knew someone else who lived here, they had mold problems too, likely a whole complex problem), hair and dirt in the drawers, bathtub was cracked as well. I had multiple issues with the apartment like the sink constantly leaking but they would never fix it, ceiling fan came with a broken ... read more
I should’ve listened to previous reviews. Do not live here by any means I don’t care how down bad you are. I’m actually in the process of filing lawsuit against the property management and owner. An elaborate predatory towing scheme is ran here with H&N towing. BBB has been made aware. They will take your car while you are sleeping. If your car is towed from this establishment do not pay the release fee. Lawyer up or simply refer to the CVC codes on predatory towing to the towing establishment until they give your car back l... read more
Property manager is the absolute worst. I wouldnt move here for that one reason. Ive talked to over 20 people here that share similar stories with the property manager. Watch out for her if you do move her. Shes very mean and will tow your car just cuz shes like that. I used to smoke up with my property managers. She follows the rules here and keep in mind. Moved in to a dirty apartment, the patio had the old tenants recycling. The manager is extremely rude and always has a comment to make when you tell her something. Very unprofessional.
