I’ve had a great experience with university ridge, anytime I’ve had questions or a problem they are always very timely with responses. They’ve always answered work orders in a timely manner and the office people are very helpful and have good customer service.
My partner and I love living here. Great location, near shopping food and freeway access. Quiet street and have had nothing but good experiences with management and neighbors so far.
I have lived here for 4 years. I love it here and tell everyone how great is it to live here. Every interaction I have had with the management company has been great. They're quick to respond to any questions/concerns. And our neighbors are fantastic!
My wife and I moved here beginning of December and we have enjoyed living here so far. As many others have said it is a very quiet neighborhood and family friendly. We have reached out to management on multiple occasions for one reason or another and they have always been responsive. The unit itself is in good condition and it was as promised when we moved in. All in all I would say this is a great little community to live in!
