A hidden jewel open to the public ... salt water pool, steam and dry saunas, jacuzzi plus climbing wall, and more!
I opted to join the smaller gym at Research Park as we will be moving into that building soon. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is just right for me starting out on my fitness journey
This is our 11th year to be in the senior water aerobics group. Highly recommended, great fun & fellowship.
Not sure about the other locations but I've had multiple issues accessing the Research Park facility! Open 24 hours but doors don't work to get in, staff unable to open doors! Very inconvenient at 5am!!! Once you're able to get in, its small but nice!
