I used to think this was an okay rental company, but not anymore. I signed a two-year lease for this house. The first year was fine, but the second year has been bad. Over the summer no one was living at the house, and the toilet started running water non-stop. This made our water bill sky-high. The rental company says they aren’t responsible because no one sent a maintenance request until it was too late. Now they expect a group of broke college students to pay an $1,800 water bill. Best place you could rent from. Great business
I lived in 30 W carpenter st and 160 mill st. Both properties were well maintained and any problems I had were dealt with quickly. I would recommend University rentals to anyone who is looking for great properties with responsible management.
i stayed in a property on hocking st and i had a great experience. when our pipes busted they fixed it quickly and didn’t up charge us. would highly recommend 👍
