The staff at the Tinton Falls location is unprofessional and definitely not patient centered. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment. I was informed by the mri tech, that unless I obtained a card from the neurosurgeon who put my shunt in 20 years ago from a children s hospital in Pennsylvania I would not be able to have the mri. The tech would not call my current neurosurgeon nor would she take anyI information about my shunt. It has to be in writing.
