I scheduled a very important MRI and let them know about the timing because I was leaving and this was very important to get done. They called confirm checked in for the upcoming weeks and then a few days before the appointment called and canceled over some insurance stuff that could’ve been sorted out if they would’ve contacted me and inform me what was going on instead of just calling me and trying to cancel now I’m unable to get the MRI before I leave and could be very consequential to my health. I was very nervous with tears in my eyes, the Tech was very gentle and caring, I felt calm.
The office is great but try and call customer service and you will wait over 10 minutes and get an outsourced call center and be placed on hold again and again. I’m considering changing radiologists over it.
