Had received a bill for them for an CT scan at my local hospital they partner with. Had called to set up payment plan with them and was told no worries at all. Set up an amount that was agreed upon by each of us. Sent in first payment on 5/22/24 for a due date of 5/28/24 and they cashed my check. Never received another bill from them. Didn't notice until a collection notice came in the mail 07/13/24. 15 days past due. No notice no warning nothing! Called and asked to speak with a manager and never heard back from anyone. I arrived to my appointment at 7:36 am, in the METUCHEN Amboy ave and the lady at the from desk give me the worse experience that I ever had with any facility, she was angry about the work pads was not working properly, I was there for a least 3 minutes in silence watching the lady getting out of her frustration, finally she acknowledged my presence with a very bad good morning like it was fy fault that her working pad was not working. Worst mammogram experience I have ever had. The technician never adjusted the platform to my height. As a result, I had to bend over to ease the pulling on my breast. I told the tech I had a bad back and it was hurting me. She didn’t care, and continued to take images which resulted in injury to my back. The skin under my breast was ripped open also. I was in pain for a week as a result of her incompetence.

Operations are in the toilet. One mistake after the next. Wasted 90 minutes of my time as the tech had to leave the room every time, transports me back to waiting area 5 times. Meanwhile my room was taken by another patient which is keeping me here an additional 30 minutes. They never called me to tell me they needed additional information and made mistakes with scheduling. If they can't get the basic down, you can't trust they'll get the read right!

The staff at the Tinton Falls location is unprofessional and definitely not patient centered. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment. I was informed by the mri tech, that unless I obtained a card from the neurosurgeon who put my shunt in 20 years ago from a children s hospital in Pennsylvania I would not be able to have the mri. The tech would not call my current neurosurgeon nor would she take anyI information about my shunt. It has to be in writing. I then called my current neurosurgeon who faxed over the information ... read more
