Had received a bill for them for an CT scan at my local hospital they partner with. Had called to set up payment plan with them and was told no worries at all. Set up an amount that was agreed upon by each of us. Sent in first payment on 5/22/24 for a due date of 5/28/24 and they cashed my check. Never received another bill from them. Didn't notice until a collection notice came in the mail 07/13/24. 15 days past due. No notice no warning nothing! Called and asked to speak with a manager and never heard back from anyone. Worst mammogram experience I have ever had. The technician never adjusted the platform to my height. As a result, I had to bend over to ease the pulling on my breast. I told the tech I had a bad back and it was hurting me. She didn’t care, and continued to take images which resulted in injury to my back. The skin under my breast was ripped open also. I was in pain for a week as a result of her incompetence.
