I have had a pretty good experience with this office. There is private parking at the building which is a luxury in this area.
This place makes it extremely hard to contact anyone. Schedules appointments when the office is closed. No one answers, there's only callbacks. The directory doesn't even list every provider. Horrible
I went to Leah. Her approach was different than what I was used to. I was used to someone asking me questions, which is nice, until they ask “why” questions based on the little information you have given them. You know, it feels like they don’t even assess your personality before asking. It took five sessions before Leah mentioned something that happened in our first, or second session. That meant so much to me. She spent the time to know my mannerisms, or at least a little bit and from there my initial words to call me out.... read more
