My first appointment was scheduled a month and a half out, cancelled without notice, and rescheduled for two days later. I met with a doctor (I can't recall his name) and went over my history, diagnoses of chronic depression and ADHD, related medications, and past treatments for about an hour and a half. This office is super unprofessional. Dr Krause has failed to properly respond to my son's Drs referral taking months to get back to us and then calling and asking the same questions that were asked at the first intake. This team is looking for ways to say no. They are not looking for ways to help the community. This like a lot of other offices are a bunch of training Drs and they do not have experience to work independently. Terrible experience here. Inexperienced residents who have zero life experience with which to draw empathy. Maybe good for pediatric patients? Definitely do not recommend for adults if mental health is your primary issue as they will refuse to manage your disability and leave you without income. I was told that my issues did not warrant disability even though I was referred with a dx of cPTSD and have been a patient for nearly 5 months after an acute hospitalization. Dr Krause and Dr Green are amazing! I would very much recommend them. They are very compassionate and spend extra time explaining everything.
