Everybody was great!!
Absolutely horrible experience! I was rushed through The entire appointment.the doctor treated me as if I was making everything up and would not listen to me at all.very rude and belligerent With me .his nurse rushed me out of the office with her car keys in hand. I must have been cutting into they're lunch hour.needless to say,that was my One and only visit With Scott Rice and his team!
This place is the rudes place I have ever tried to deal with. They won't answer the phone if try to call and when they do they don't want to talk to you they talk down to you. They want you to pay $50-$100 just to be seen and that's not counting if you see the doctor or anything else. I would tell y'all to go to Doctors prompt care or the ER or find another doctor or clinic because this place is the worst place to go to
I need to speak with Dr Sherwood I've called several times about sweetwater not taking proper care of me. He's not calling me back.???? no response. This office
