Best place to take children for pediatric. Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and take the time with your child. I recommend them to all my family and friends
From the many bad reviews regarding this practice, my experience has been nothing but pleasant. You get seen very quickly. I never had to wait more than 1 minute to get back with my daughter. Ever since my daughter was born Nov. 2023, Dr. Ertel and staff have been sweet, kind and answer any questions you have. They are quick to respond ina timely manner through the UH app messages and when needing after hour emergency line!
Love this office! Staff is polite and helpful. Our kiddos see Dr. Usis and he's always very thorough. Takes his time to listen to the kids and myself.
This doctors office SUCKS ! Plain and simple. The women at the front desk are rude and a total Joke.
1 star for the receptionist/front desk staff i’ve interacted with. 5 stars to my daughters pediatrician. I swear half the time it isn’t even worth making an appointment here because the people who schedule are so arrogant. They will cancel appointments without confirmation, and make me feel so uncomfortable/judged every time. You think if you’re going to work with sick children you would be a little more compassionate.
