We love taking our daughter here. The nurses are friendly and patient. Dr. Usis takes the time to listen to parents and check our baby’s symptoms. He gives clear instructions and is accessible via MyChart. Very grateful to have this office close by. They sometimes seem understaffed, so we have had to wait a couple times, but a little compassion for healthcare workers goes a long way. Have been taking my kids here for 10 years and have always felt that my kids get great care! Dr. Dykeman and her team are fantastic.
From the many bad reviews regarding this practice, my experience has been nothing but pleasant. You get seen very quickly. I never had to wait more than 1 minute to get back with my daughter. Ever since my daughter was born Nov. 2023, Dr. Ertel and staff have been sweet, kind and answer any questions you have. They are quick to respond ina timely manner through the UH app messages and when needing after hour emergency line!
This doctors office SUCKS ! Plain and simple. The women at the front desk are rude and a total Joke.
