Do not move in here unless you've got AMAZING roommates who will stay throughout the entire lease. UP will room you with strangers, and no matter what your awful roommates do there's no way out of your lease. You have to pay an exorbitant fee to break it, pay a fee to advertise a relet, and they force you to find your own replacement! I am a parent of a student of PSU. Meghan the main contact/manager is horrible at her job. I have attempted to reach her over and over again and no call back. We are and have been trying to cancel lease for my students apartment and they are avoiding me. The front staff advised me they have repeatedly taken messages from me and delivered them to her and they can no longer take messages. The borderline harassment I have experienced in this building is getting absolutely ridiculous. Megan Taylor is the most unhelpful management you'll ever experience. Also the walls don't fully connect to the ceiling, and the tour room look nothing like the actual rooms. Also there's constantly homeless people inside and around the building. And there's mold in the vents and the walls that they try to cover up lol.
moving into this building was the biggest mistake I made while in college. if you are a student avoid this building. university pointe has a reputation for pushing students into dropping out because of the horrible environment.
