If I could give 0 stars I would. When I moved in my unit was filthy. It was not cleaned at all when I moved in and since I moved in on a Friday I was told someone wouldn't be by until Monday. My friends and I had to clean the entire place ourselves because I could not fully move in until it was cleaned. The entire building is never kept clean. The trash rooms are constantly overflowing and a mess. The laundry rooms are gross as well. You will be lucky to find a floor where all the machines are working. The elevators are cons... read more
The staff here have been amazing. Megan was super helpful when an unexpected issue needed to be addressed quickly during move in. She went out of her way to help us get into a new unit as soon as possible and made the whole process easy and seamless. Krista at the desk was also really helpful and friendly. The building is clean and safe and the dorms are a great size! Very pleased with it all. 😊
Do not move in here unless you've got AMAZING roommates who will stay throughout the entire lease. UP will room you with strangers, and no matter what your awful roommates do there's no way out of your lease. You have to pay an exorbitant fee to break it, pay a fee to advertise a relet, and they force you to find your own replacement! This is not how real apartments operate, and it could not be more clear that they just want to wring as much money out of young vulnerable students as possible.
