Bad management, elevators always broke, raises rent but no up keep on the building. Gets dangerous because there's always homeless people sleeping in the building, by the intercome and you have to step over them to get inside. Different people working in the office is rude, and don't be surprise if you move out and they don't give you your deposit back even after giving your 30 day notice. Would not refer anyone to live there.
There’s no management team. The building stay filthy. And the building has mice’s and bugs. Half of the time the elevators doesn’t work.
This really shock me of the reviews.I'm seeing about university plaza apartment smh this was my first apartment I had, at 21 years old, this place was beautiful, I just loved my apartment, to see these reviews my heart is broken.. Don't get me wrong them elevators always had problems and issues.. Hey, how do i talk to a person regarding a lease? I'm a student at SLU. I'm having difficulty getting a response from you guys. I tried email and phone yet no response for days multiple times.
This building is ran down and raggedy! Hallway Carpets are filthy. Elevator sounds dangerous. Elevator constantly breaks. The management office is great though ! Miss Lisa is the best!!
