I moved into Unit 206 and the apartment was handed over in very poor condition — dirty cabinets, stained fridge, greasy oven/microwave, and an unsanitary bathroom. Despite emails and even visiting the office, no one responded or cared. Now there’s a rat roaming inside for over a week, causing a bad smell, and still no action has been taken despite multiple complaints. Extremely disappointing management and zero accountability.
When you move in the unit Isn’t clean but they will charge you fees when you move out and the unit is the same way you rented it out… my apartment didn’t have ac this summer so they gave me 2 floor unit which didn’t do anything but raise my electric bill fast forward to winter, my heat in my apartment doesn’t work..multiple ppl have been out to look my heat and nobody can fix it.. I have two heaters and the oven on to get the apartment a little warm.. my electric bill in $400 no bs.. heat doesn’t reach the other rooms so the... read more
DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS Apt 207 HAVE SO MANY ISSUES FROM NO HEAT,NO AC, MOLD,WINDOWS OLD SO MUCH AIR COMES IN,THATS JUST TO NAME A FEW THINGS
