This used to be a really nice place to live. Now there are homeless people sleeping in the trash room, drug users, drug sellers, questionable tenants and University Plaza do not seem to care as long as the check clear. The stairwells are filthy, dried feces, urine and lots of trash that stays there for months. Oh yeah did I mention there’s a bed bug problem. Beware...The reviews are false.The hallways are ice cold.They control the temperature in your apt. Which mean they cut on the air around august. The heat in Oct .the carpet in the Hallway is a mess.you will find homeless men sleeping on the stairs.Whole place is full of cock roaches.Parking sucks.And be very careful walking down grand u might get shxx spilled on the top of your head from someone on the 13- 14 floor with pranks spilling shxx out the window.No security.No amenities.No work out facility.More than 3 mgrs in less... read more
