When you move in the unit Isn’t clean but they will charge you fees when you move out and the unit is the same way you rented it out… my apartment had didn’t have ac this summer so they gave me 2 floor units which didn’t do anything but raise my electric bill fast forward to winter, my heat in my apartment doesn’t work..multiple ppl have been out to look my heat and nobody can fix it.. This used to be a really nice place to live. Now there are homeless people sleeping in the trash room, drug users, drug sellers, questionable tenants and University Plaza do not seem to care as long as the check clear. The stairwells are filthy, dried feces, urine and lots of trash that stays there for months. Oh yeah did I mention there’s a bed bug problem. The carpet in the hallways are terrible, elevators are always breaking down and they can’t keep a maintenance person. Don’t bother reporting any of these things because ... read more
