I have lived here since April and I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment and property! First the manager is such a sweetheart and always answers my questions in a timely manner. The maintenance guy is awesome, all my work orders have gotten done within a couple of days. Love it here!!

The apartment is nice and has a large space. I moved into one of the units January 5. The manager was helpful and professional and responds very fast when you have an issue. The first time I called her about something that needed to be fixed in the house, she made sure maintenance was there to fix it almost immediately. I recommend this apartment.

Applied for an apartment only to be given the run around for an entire month. Then when I get angry and threaten to look elsewhere I receive a call basically calling me a liar for not receiving information I needed to move forward with my move in! Then get called back not even an hour later and told to look elsewhere. Place is not worth the time and energy.

Had an appointment to visit the property but the Manager flaked on me. Called several times and left a message but never received a response. If this is how they treat someone interested in renting, I can only assume how they treat their residents.
