Horrible management!!!! Do not spend the money to send your college student here. The lease states no drugs, partying or overnight stays. My son spent first year there with first roommate trashing everything. Second year roommate WAY worse. Pot put out on floor and we sent management pictures of it. They did nothing!!!! Stachibou mold on walls, drugs and painted over the mold. Drug infested flop!!!! Trashy place even though it looks good on outside do NOT believe Fran when she states they take lease seriously..
