I had wonderful service from the reception desk and doctors at this location in the 7 years I brought my children here. Dr. Rone was our primary doctor but when we needed to be seen in a day's notice, the other doctors were amazing as well. We moved to the Tri-Cities and I was so sad to have to leave. They really took great care of my 3 boys. It actually took me over a year to find as good a doctor in my new town because they set the bar so high. I miss you U.P. Pediatrics!!! I miss you Dr. Rone!
I've been bringing my 3 kids here for the past 6 years, and have been very happy. Dr. Hautala was the best children's Doctor I've EVER had and we all were sad he had to retire. We now see Dr. Davies who is also great, and have seen almost all the Doctors here at one time or another. They are all fantastic. I've also been happy with the front desk, and the nurses. They are doing their best to accommodate all the patients the best way they can. I hate when I read bad reviews on here because honestly, this is a really great ped... read more
1 star because they’re making it impossible for me to get my daughters immunization records for her daycare... Literally put me on hold two times for a long time and hung up on me after being really rude. This place is terrible over the phone and in person, not welcoming or accommodating in any way.
