My review is based on their responses on Yelp after seeing a video on how they treated a patient. Holy moly that anyone thinks it is ok to talk to anyone this way on Yelp or in person Talk about narcissism. One person has just initials "CF" as her sign in and they identified her by the name Cheryl. I'm pretty sure that violates hipaa and patient confidentiality. Peggy Smith is by far the best Dr. I have ever had. I feel so fortunate to have her as my provider, as she is so smart, has replaced many specialists I had been seeing because she is more knowledgeable and doesn’t use me as a Guinea Pig with meds. Even when she has sent me to specialists, they are always the best as well…. I guess she likes to make sure I am taken care of even when it is not with her. I have been a patient for 30 years at this clinic. While things were a bit rough going through a change of ownership and staff a while back, I have seen Peggy Smith for years now and have only wonderful things to say about her. Very attentive, thorough and compassionate.
I was seeing Ariel Charmichael and loved my experience with her. Then she was no longer working for the clinic. I’m not sure why. Now I just see whomever is available. Recently saw the new provider Junior Germeille. He was very attentive but wrote my prescription incorrectly. I had to contact the pharmacy and the clinic no less than 8 times between the two and it was finally fixed when I was very stern on the phone about it being a concern that I still didn’t have my prescription almost 2 weeks later.
