As someone already said highly inflated prices with homes built on top of each other.
Extremely unethical sales staff. If you are a real estate agent, RUN! Never work with these crooks.
Cheap construction. Shady business. Would never recommend.
They do not respond in a timely manner and when you try and call or talk to them in person they do not acknowledge you or pick up the phone to assist you. I tried reaching out twice to them and they waited 3 days before trying to reach out to me. Just poor all the way around the board.
