All of the nice amenities are a cover up for the leaking problems that you'll discover once you move in. Maybe some will maybe some won't. The girl in the leasing office is rude and nasty to residents. Nice location, pricy, but still cheapest in the neighborhood for brand new renovations. Renovations are taking place in the buildings while new residents are residing so you hear constant noises in smell fumes daily except on weekends!
