They practice discrimination. They put you on a wait list, was told on 2/10/26, 3yrs. Then they tell you that HUD requires that they purge the wait list every 6 months. However; mgr., says they have the right purge any time they fell like it. Purging means that they will snail mail you a notice to respond within 10 days or you will be dropped from the list. Several times I have asked for clarification and I get responsive of condescending tone and like asking to simple write on a lease violation that I have comply and the reply was we don't do that here from.magement. or asking about my security deposit instead if returning it they keep telling me it goes with the apartment meaning keeping it to my x partner who is paying far less rent.
