I have been trying to get hold of the owners and haven't been able. They do not have any phone numbers or emails to communicate with them and the numbers associated with the accoount has been taken by other people.
This is the worst apt building to rent with. Noah Spanier (property manager) requires all renters to have a co-signer. He is a bully and threatens the co-signers with legal action to intimidate the students that rent the units if he doesn't like something. He has a criminal record and I assume his parents bought this property for him as something to do. He harasses the renters, doesn't take care of the property and bullies the co-signers.
