RecommendedI lived here for the 2015-2016 school year and loved it! Alice is super sweet and helpful. The price and location are unbeatable. I loved sitting on the swings to study. Never had any issues while I was there!
I've lived here four and a half years and love it! The location is right next to the business school, so its very convenient. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are a comfortable size.
I've loved living here the past two years. It's walking distance from campus, but still feels private and "off campus." The staff is helpful whenever you need something. Would definitely recommend!
What more could you want? The staff is great, the location is great, the astaetics are great. I get compliments every time people come over! It's 8 minutes to get from my door to my seat in the BSB, two minutes from the business building, and super convenient to walk to sporting games. You can hear pat neff's bells from the apartment but otherwise it's such a quiet place! I've lived at other apartments around, and 10/10 I would recomend living here. I'm not considering moving anytime soon.
It's a really wonderful place to live if you wanna be close to campus. There's always plenty of parking and everyone that lives here is pretty considerate about noise. The ladylady is the sweetest, and the apartments are really cozy and well priced.
What a wonderful place to live. Imagine that beautiful green shady garden oasis placed in the center of the otherwise parched Texas landscape.
