Horrible experience. This place is literal filth. They take advantage of students living here. Filled with cockroaches, broken floors, and fungus on walls. I moved in with a new lease and woke up to cockroaches crawling around my head, and even if you put in a maintenance request, they will never fix it. The manager is stubborn and takes everything to her ego and does not consider anyone's opinions at all. Stay away from H building
Lived there for a year they don’t respect old tenets. The houses are filled with cockroaches. Stay away from A and H blocks. They are nasty. They don’t maintain the apartment well. The office manager is rude and will not help you in any way. Plus the WiFi never works and they’ll never fix it
Treated my family very unprofessionally. Took zero care of maintenance issues, unless practically forced to do so and even then gave zero regard for their health. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy, unless I wished them real harm, and even then I wouldn't send them to this hellhole. It's just that bad.
The WiFi is terrible even for “student housing” (after the battle of having no WiFi months prior), possibly living with mold in the walls, the pest control isn’t enough (they only apply behind the stove, no where else). Please at least change the pest control procedures. I worry about the living situation for any tenant here.
