- Disappointing experience with leasing office staff - WiFi goes on and off for around two months. Don’t move here.
It has the worst ever service in terms of amenities, poor management, and high rent compared to the facilities that they provide. Subsidized internet service itself requires subsidy from owners' pockets. For the last two months, they sent tons of emails about fixing the internet service but still, they were not able to fix it. Not recommended
Convenient location, everything else is a scam. The pictures shown here are not representative of the living conditions of residents whatsoever. Multiple friends have been moved out of their apartment for massive mold and roach infestations. Wifi regularly goes out for a month or two at a time, with no option to set up your own network. The pool is disgusting and turns green every other week in the summer. Dont move here. If you need to be on campus live at heritage.
