Terrible. Within my first month of staying there, my AC kept going out and exceeding temperatures over 80 degrees. I had to drive an hour home multiple times just so I wouldn't pass out. It took maintenance 4 MONTHS to fix this because they kept putting it off. Wifi is trash. If you're a student, you might as well stay on campus to do your homework. The maintenance team is weird. Wish I had never signed my lease. Management is biased even though they say they aren't. Good luck if you have trouble with anybody cause they give out endless warnings and never do anything! Constant roof construction and the workers just throw insulation in front of the staircases. New management is just as bad as old management, nothin changed. This place is literally falling apart. This review is for ULL parents considering these apartments for their kids, written by a parent who's disappointed she's forced to lay bare cold, hard facts about management & your child's safety. But before I make my case on that, let me make neon bright the fact that their WiFi hasn't worked reliably & daily for YEARS. They commit fraud by mandating that no tenant buy their own WiFi connection. Absolute Hell. This is just not worth it, roaches, mold, infestations, things are constantly broken. We have had no internet for about 5 months straight before because of "repairs" in addtion to that we have had: strangers roaming around and robbing apartments and flashing people through bedroom windows. I know it looks like it's cheap and close to campus so it's a good choice, but all the money you're saving will probably end up going to replacing your damaged stuff, paying for your own wifi, etc etc you're not actually sav... read more
