Termites everywhere! The recent drilling to fix the internet that has been DOWN FOR 6 MONTHS BTW flushed them out from every crevice into my apartment. I've found LITERALLY SCORES of them from my bathroom, to my bedroom, and even MY BED! It is unacceptable. Now my entire apartment and my own furniture is infested with termites. I've spoken with maintenance and a few neighbors and they too are dealing with a termite infestation now. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place.
Absolutely horrible place to get trapped at. They lie to you about renter's insurance so you choose their plan. The nice act is all a performance. They follow their own made up guidelines so things can get unpredictable. The place is FULL of bugs. Your neighbors sound like they're in your house because of how the building is laid out. It's been 5 months now with no internet. It seems the management has no intention to fix the issue and they are constantly lying about it. I am waiting for my lease period to be over and leave this nightmare of a place.
Fall semester was a roach problem. Nearing the end of the spring semester and the internet has been slow, then disappearing, and finally nonexistent. Walking to campus is nice but that’s the only nice thing about it
We are on MONTH 5 of no internet btw, with no option for us to secure our own because we’re “not allowed to remove the existing wiring”. Any updates we have received on the matter have been “it’ll be done in a week” and “we’ll keep you updated”. Save your money and go somewhere else. Granted we FINALLY got some credit for the issue (it took this long though), but I think the bigger issue is the blatant lying to residents and blaming Cox when we all know Cox would be here fixing it if they were getting paid (they have not bee... read more
