Rude, condescending, inconsiderate. Don’t waste your time with Dr.Blount.
Not a good doctor. He sold his soul to workers comp. He is not in it for the patient. He does what comp wants him to do so they get out of certain responsibilities to the patient. He is very two faced. Highly recommend finding yourself another place to go. Stay away, don't let comp sway you to go here. They sway u here to see him because he does what they want even tho he knows it's wrong. A Doctor is supposed to help the patient and do what the patient needs but this doctor does what comp needs and wants instead. My husband... read more
Dr. Blount doesn't even deserve 1 star, he is that awful!!! He definitely works for the insurance companies. My husband injured his back on the job and has been under medical attention from other doctors for a year. He has tried injections and physical therapy, but none of it has helped the 4 discs that are messed up in his back. He was referred to Dr. Blount who released him to go back to work with NO restrictions after just one visit and not doing anything to help him and refused to write him a prescription.
I really enjoyed Dr Blount. I too am on workman’s comp, but Dr Blount listened closely to my problems and is offering me an alternative to meds. I like him so far.
