Office wait times are outrageous, they never answer their phones, and it takes the office 3 weeks to call in prescriptions to your pharmacy.
It's too bad that a place with outstanding midwives that is across the street from where I work at Wayne State University, has such a blatant disregard for the time of their clientele, most of whom are pregnant women and new mothers with infants. A 2.5 hour wait to see a doctor or midwife is unacceptable. Especially when the staff repeatedly misleads the patient by saying "You are next."
