Will not be coming back here they dont take my insurance all of a sudden and instead of calling me and letting me know I just wasted half my gas driving there for nothing
Dr Kumari and the staff are amazing
I would not recommend this place. If you're new, this doctor made me and my children feel very uncomfortable. Making me step out of the room to talk to my child alone and asking all kinds of questions as if we were being investigated by CPS. I am a very good parent and take very good care of my children. The way she was with us was very wrong and upsetting. All I wanted to do was find a primary care provider for my children. Because we are new to this area. And we had this happen. There is absolutely no regard for prompt patient care at this clinic. They encourage you to sign up for MyChart and won't even respond there. They won't answer the phone. They close early. One of my family members had a test result that required a follow-up visit. The only reason she knew about the results is MyChart. No one from the clinic EVER contacted her to discuss. Then she had to call multiple times and send multiple MyChart messages to even get a response and requests a follow-up appointment. They told her to come in... read more
These nurses and doctors don't send prescriptions in when they're supposed to. My family and I had to go back to this clinic and wait in the lobby for HOURS to get a physical prescription bc they would not send our prescriptions in electronically. And yes, this BS has happened multiple times.
