After ordering photos, I tried to no avail to call this company because their process (if any) for accessing them is awful. VERY DISAPPOINTED. All four online reviews are likewise extremely unfavorable. Surprised that my daughter's university (and apparently many other schools) use them at all.

Terrible company to deal with. They put some weird filter on my photo, and it looks like I have brown streaks on my shirt. I called and tried to get it fixed, and they would only offer $12. I tried to escalate to the manager, and the rep (Andrew Diac) but me on hold..... forever. I waited an hour.

This experience was horrible. I am very disappointed that my school chose this company. Their customer service was horrible, and they do not give money back if you are unsatisfied with the product. I tried to report them on the BBB website but I couldn't find them. I don't think this organization is vetted at all. Avoid this at all costs. If your school uses them, just take the photos for the school, and TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I hope schools stop using them as well.

Completely disappointed with my experience with University Photo. For my headshot, I was wearing a green shirt, so when they applied the chroma to the green screen, it left grey artifact all over my shirt, making it look dirty.
