In a word. Pathetic. They gave me a partial prescription for an antibiotic for my granddaughter, that of course I didn't realize it until I was home. I called and was told they will mail it the following Monday. It's now a week later and I still don't have it. Tim had the nerve to tell me it will be sent out today priority and that it wasn't sent a week ago because of the holiday, which was thanksgiving. They were closed Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Needless to say, we read out Friday.
