Receptionist very rude and condescending. Asked for forms for my child’s headstart program (my daughter normally attends the north woods location, but they were closed) The woman said she’s “not going to get involved in this” since headstarts are very picky with forms.. I assured her all they wanted was whatever the office would send over, they just wanted specific forms from her pediatric doctor & she still wouldn’t do it... If she would’ve been more professional I would’ve completely understood & been fine. Nasty attitude ... read more

Great dentists and staff, always make my kids comfortable, wouldnt go anywhere else!
Most of the staff is generally kind, with a revolving door for dentists, but the lack of private exam space is incredibly intrusive. I don't need or want other patients in my child's business, but that's exactly what I get, nearly every visit. Today's visit had me seated next to a very obnoxious woman who was calling her loud uncontrolled kids "brats", and involving herself in private conversations between the dental staff and myself.
