Absolutely shady. Got a procedure done at Rush, they sent labs here. Blue Shield paid the maximum allowable amount leaving me with no liability for the remainder. They’re still harassing me with collections and bills even though insurance has said multiple times I don’t have to pay and have no liability. They do this to try to steal money from people that don’t know they do not have liability. This should be illegal, and I’m going to report these scum bags everywhere I can.

My 31 year old son died in July with no assets. These idiots keep sending me bills. I sent them a copy of his death certificate. They then turned it over to a lawyer for collection. My son’s bills are not my responsibility. They are harassing me.
