I had a great experience with University park from beginning to end! Kody made me feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as I walked into the office. During my tour, I walked in and the apartments felt so homey. It was a smooth move in. The maintenance team is so attentive and great at their jobs. The whole staff always remembered me and were friendly. I am thankful they made my time that I spent living there such a nice experience.

I lived in a 2bd/1ba apartment during the three years I was in law school at Notre Dame and NEVER wanted to leave! - It is very safe. I never had any trouble. I felt safe getting home late at night, loading up my car for road-trips early in the morning, or spending extended periods of time by myself in my apartment.
