Hard working people in maintenance and management, but the units are dated and require maintenance often. Safe and for the most part, quiet. This place is deserving of an upgrade. We are grateful to be here and have enjoyed it so far. Ideal for small families.
Wow i couldn't expect more. maintenance goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Kody made living easier. 100% no complex that runs things how they do! but Kody recently left and that is not the vibe anymore sadly. but still a great place
Had a great 8 years here. Cody & Jill in the office and Nate on maintenance were always there for me and handled business accordingly. Nothing but great things to say about the way the property was run. Very quiet, everyone kept to themselves, and if I needed anything maintenance would arrive immediately at the apartment. Thanks for the memories~
