My husband and I lived here for almost 3 years, it was our first apartment together. University park has been wonderful to us. The office staff and maintenance team really did a great job at making this our home. Whenever I needed routine maintenance or even emergency maintenance they were always quick to respond and take care of our needs. I lived in this apartment for five years and recently moved out because I graduated. If I could, I would happily live here forever. The leasing office team is truly the best I’ve ever encountered — always kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out to me is that their support isn’t just great before you move in, but consistently excellent throughout your stay. Fair warning DO NOT apply here if you have any sort of bad credit. Its based solely off an electronic system that tells them you are a risk and won't pay. Best believe everyone needs a roof over their head and will put that first! Somehow a computer system says otherwise. Please don't waste the application fee which is $45 per person. So essentially you're out $90 per couple, and if the information was just forthcoming to begin with we wouldn't be out the application fee because we never would have applied. I had a great experience with University park from beginning to end! Kody made me feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as I walked into the office. During my tour, I walked in and the apartments felt so homey. It was a smooth move in. The maintenance team is so attentive and great at their jobs. The whole staff always remembered me and were friendly. I am thankful they made my time that I spent living there such a nice experience.
