Had a great 8 years here. Cody & Jill in the office and Nate on maintenance were always there for me and handled business accordingly. Nothing but great things to say about the way the property was run. Very quiet, everyone kept to themselves, and if I needed anything maintenance would arrive immediately at the apartment. Thanks for the memories~

My husband and I lived here for almost 3 years, it was our first apartment together. University park has been wonderful to us. The office staff and maintenance team really did a great job at making this our home. Whenever I needed routine maintenance or even emergency maintenance they were always quick to respond and take care of our needs. I lived in this apartment for five years and recently moved out because I graduated. If I could, I would happily live here forever. The leasing office team is truly the best I’ve ever encountered — always kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out to me is that their support isn’t just great before you move in, but consistently excellent throughout your stay.
