Overall, the Fields of New Durham was a solid experience and the staff, apartments, and amenities are very nice compared to the other options in the area. No complaints regarding the staff's professionalism or the cleanliness of the apartments/amenities. They are truly very nice compared to the other options around this area. I’ve lived at The Fields of New Durham in Westville for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The area is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which makes it feel like a little escape from the busier towns nearby. It’s quiet, but still close enough to Valpo and the highways if you need to get around. The apartments are super spacious with high ceilings, and having a full-size washer and dryer in-unit is a huge plus. Everything feels pretty modern, and I haven’t run into any serious issues.
