Good apartment complex, fairly inexpensive and leasing office is really helpful.
This was my first stay in US and I had a really good time. The management is caring. Very close to the university and It was a pleasure staying here from 2021 to 2023.

Budget pricing, but rougher units/Neighbors, hotel like, so people have to walk by your door every time to go to someone else’s place, you’ll hear a lot of conversations, foot traffic, and when people smoke outside, it’ll go into your apartment. For the price it’s reasonable in the management is good like I said for the price just understand. It’s a lower Class apartment complex, nothing fancy.
Steve, is the best maintenance man you can ask for. Issues get taken care of same day. His always on the move working yet always happy and eager to help, thank you steve.
