10 months into my tenure here. Property began as a very cheap, very close commute to campus and situated right along Orbit Bus Routes. Today, the Mars orbit line no longer runs by then property due to city route changes, and the price of rent has increased twice in total by ~$300 for a month to month lease in the same time the property has been owned by its new management (approx February 2020). Horrible management people and awful amnesties and maintenance. My friends used to live here and thank god I didn’t rent it. Laundry doesn’t work. Homeless people always around the complex. Recently my friends had a kitchen sink flooding. The management didn’t even have an emergency maintenance! The emergency call was getting re/routed to another person who didn’t have idea about the maintenance. This is the worst place to rent. Don't waste your money. In the past 2 years that i've lived here the management has changed over 5-6 times and i don't think it will stop. They don't ever have proper maintenance. There is no website. For a good 5-6 months the laundry room was completed broken and trash. The parking lot is open with homeless walking around. Recently there was a flooding at night in the kitchen and the maintenance expected us to stay awake all night and monitor water levels and the management is not even sorry... read more
