Another fabulous job by Sara and her team! This is like the fourth time we've had occasion to have them do paint and repair work for us over the past 15 years and they continue to exceed expectations. University Painters of Fairfax did an excellent job cleaning, preparing and painting the exterior of our 60 year old home. The crew arrived early and worked a long day, returning the next to finish a second coat and detailing. The project manager did a great job communicating with us on project schedule and progress details. All items in Sara's estimate were addressed and explained. The University Painters team power-washed, caulked and painted the exteriors and railings of our 27-unit townhouse community. The crew was professional, responsive and customer-focused from start to finish. They analyzed our needs and made cost-conscious recommendations. Their execution was careful and thorough. Excellent work. The team was a great pleasure to have in our home. The rooms which were painted are beautiful.
