Sarah came out promptly to give me estimates on breakdowns of the work. The crew texted their arrival times and arrived when stated. They power washed the back of my ranch house (prior to painting) and the deck. The estimate called for 9 boards to be replaced in my deck, they indicated that there were other soft/rotted boards. University Painters of Fairfax did an excellent job cleaning, preparing and painting the exterior of our 60 year old home. The crew arrived early and worked a long day, returning the next to finish a second coat and detailing. The project manager did a great job communicating with us on project schedule and progress details. All items in Sara's estimate were addressed and explained. This was a very positive experience for my wife and I. Thank you!
