Waited for over an hour to be seen by a doctor. The overscheduling is inefficient and unnecessary. Desk staff was nice enough but this is ridiculous and disappointing. I expected more from RUSH.
My daughter and I felt instantly at easy with Dr. Jaycox. He took the time to listen and spoke directly to her with calm confidence and genuine care. We left feeling reassured and supported. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of pain management.
