Horrendous virtual and remote admin support and discriminatory / unwilling support practices for the deaf/HoH community.

The doctor is great. The office staff are terrible. Two of my procedures were cancelled last minute because they said they did not get insurance approval. Turns out they are sending it to the wrong place. I’ve tried to call to get this taken care of before my procedure next week. They don’t answer or call back and you can’t leave a message.

Doctors are ok, however, front desk staff is terrible! Yesterday, my mom had an appointment in the Chicago Harrison St location. There was a new form, requesting a credit card to keep on file. I don’t blame the Dr but I wish the scheduling departmen... read more

It seems that it doesn't really work. My right arm/shoulde/hand rhurts most of the time... not as much as it did, but it still hurts. My left arm/shoulder has to have another shot because it hurts from "overuse." I haven't had problems with any people/Doctors, Nurses, or any business people there, either.
