When waiting for an appointment for three months it should not take over 1/2 hour to be seen by a doctor. Making us wait past noon so you could tell lunch was a priority not us. Rooms are NOT child friendly, why have adult chairs in the room for toddlers? My son fell twice because it swivels when you try to step off it, there is no warning the chair swivels. Terrible.
I was referred to Dr. Marzook by my primary care physician. I never got to even make an appointment. He only see's patients 2 days per week. Tuesday or Thursdays. I could only make it on a Tuesday. But, he was completely booked for all of September. He was completely booked through the last weeks of October, all of November and into the second week of December.
