RecommendedDr. Budny is excellent. Very professional , kind and doesn’t pull any punches. He even said he had no problem with me getting a second opinion , which made me value his opinion all the more. This is my second major surgery done by him. I would recommend him to anyone. However, the person scheduling the surgery was very nice, but had no knowledge of whether any of my medications or vitamins needed to be discontinued prior to surgery. I’ve being to UOC for a while. The staff there are very helpful and kind. They treat you with respect and Try to help you manage your pain.

my surgeon and his team were located at the Altoona facility. They were highly skilled and caring. After my hip replacement surgery on had no pain and I still have no pain and are fully recovered thank you much!
They are the only ones that really found out what my problem was with my knee . They are friendly and up front . I have had my knee checked at Bedford they said they see nothing wrong and when I was in Florida my knee swelled up 3times bigger then the other knee went to a dr down there they told me I was walking to much on it and there was nothing wrong But now I know what the problem is.
