After a terrible experience with Elite I called as a last ditch effort to try to get in figuring it would be weeks out. to my surprise they took me seriously and got me on the same day. I feel much more common with my shoulder in the hands of ppl who listen and react according!
Friendly staff genuinely concerned about your issues
I have dealt with UOC for many years. First with my husband having rotator cuff surgery, then with my miniscus surgery. After several years of gel injections of the knees,with great success, it is now time for a knee replacement when I’m ready, which I will have done by Dr Port.
The staff was very courteous and the visits were very prompt-very little waiting time. Dr Singer did an excellent job on my thumb.
My appointment was scheduled quickly and on the date of my appointment I didn't have to wait more than maybe ten minutes. Dr. McClellan was quick with diagnosis, explained in easy terms and gave me a shot in my knee to alleviate the pain. I was very satisfied and was scheduled in 6 weeks for a follow up appointment with His PA John. As a result of my appointment, I had a very enjoyable beach vacation with no pain!!! Dr. McClellan did my right knee replacement five years ago and I highly recommend him and his staff!!
