I had a great experience each time I was helped by Dr. Pinto. He is very knowledgeable and very kind. He made sure I as comfortable and understood the procedures.
The doctor is knowledgeable, professional, and has provided good care overall, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I had a follow-up appointment scheduled for 9:30 a.m. and arrived about 15 minutes late due to an unexpected delay. I understand that offices have late-arrival policies, and I respect that. Thank you for helping me gain a sense of normalcy through this process of dealing with this brain injury.
